Refund / Cancellations:
Orders for product can only be cancelled before they have shipped. If you need to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible so we can cancel the order and prevent shipment. There may up to a 15% restocking fee for some items. If your order has already shipped please look at the returns section on how to return the product.
Returns:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase you can return any unused and unopened item within 14 days for a full refund. No refunds will be issued after 14 days. Any item that has been used or opened can not be returned. Please contact us prior to sending product back to get a return authorization. No refunds will be issued without prior return authorization. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

We strive to ship every order out as fast as possible. All in stock items should ship out within the next two business days. We ship either USPS or FedEx depending on which is best for the product shipping.
